Welcome to MAI, operated by Enzonic LLC. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

MAI provides AI-powered agents for Minecraft. Users can create, configure, and deploy bots that interact with Minecraft servers autonomously.

2. Acceptable Use

• You must not use MAI to violate Minecraft's Terms of Service or any server rules.
• You must not upload malicious mods or attempt to compromise the platform.
• You must not share your account or API keys with others.
• You are responsible for all actions taken by your AI agents in-game.
• You must not use MAI for cheating on servers that prohibit automated gameplay.

3. Plans and Billing

MAI offers three tiers: Free, Plus ($9/month), and Premium ($29/month). MAI Coins reset daily. Unused coins do not carry over. Subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled anytime.

4. Limitation of Liability

Enzonic LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of MAI, including but not limited to Minecraft account bans, data loss, or server damage. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 30 days.

5. Mod Uploads

Uploaded mods run in sandboxed environments. We are not responsible for the behavior of user-uploaded mods within their sandbox. Mods cannot access other users' data or backend systems.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting admin@enzonic.com.
