Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes what you may and may not do with MAI. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users, free and paid.

1. Permitted uses

• Deploying MAI agents on Minecraft servers you own or have permission to automate.
• Building, exploring, and automating gameplay on your own private servers.
• Sharing knowledge trees or procedural recipes (when enabled) with the community.
• Streaming POV feeds from your own agents.

2. Prohibited uses

You may NOT use MAI to:

• Cheat on multiplayer servers that prohibit automated gameplay, or violate server rules.
• Circumvent anti-cheat systems or evade bans.
• Harass, grief, or raid other players via automated agents.
• Distribute malware, cryptominers, or backdoors through mod uploads.
• Attempt to extract the underlying LLM weights, prompts, or training data.
• Resell, repackage, or white-label MAI without written permission.
• Use MAI to generate spam, phishing, or social-engineering content.
• Operate agents on servers hosting illegal content.

3. Mod sandbox rules

• Mods run in isolated gVisor containers with no network access.
• Mods cannot read other users' data or the host filesystem.
• Mods exceeding 50 MB or attempting to fork the JVM are rejected.
• Mods containing crypto miners, keyloggers, or backdoors are permanently rejected and the uploader's account may be terminated.

4. Rate limits and resource usage

All endpoints enforce per-user and per-bot rate limits. Attempting to bypass rate limits (including via multiple accounts) is a ToS violation.

5. Reporting abuse

Report abusive users, agents, or mods to abuse@enzonic.com. Include screenshots, timestamps, and any relevant logs. We investigate and respond within 24 hours.

6. Enforcement

Violations may result in: warning, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, and (for illegal activity) referral to law enforcement. We follow a graduated enforcement policy: warnings first for minor issues, immediate termination for serious abuse.

7. Appeals

Suspended users may appeal to appeals@enzonic.com within 30 days of suspension. We respond within 14 days.
