We want you to be satisfied with MAI. This policy explains our refund terms.
1. Free Tier
The Free tier costs nothing and is not eligible for refunds.
2. Paid Subscriptions (Plus & Premium)
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact admin@enzonic.com for a full refund.
Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
3. MAI Coins
MAI Coins are virtual credits that reset daily. They have no monetary value and are not refundable or transferable.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email admin@enzonic.com with your account email and reason for the refund request. We process refunds within 5-10 business days.
5. Kentucky Consumer Protection
Refunds are processed in compliance with the Kentucky Consumer Protection Act. If you believe your refund rights have been violated, contact the Kentucky Attorney General's Office.
