Enzonic LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates MAI, an AI-powered Minecraft agent platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: We collect your email address and authentication tokens through Clerk. We do not store passwords.

Minecraft Credentials: When you choose online mode, your Microsoft/Minecraft credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM encryption before storage. We never store credentials in plaintext.

Usage Data: We track MAI Coin usage, bot configurations (excluding sensitive data), and chat history to provide our services.

Uploaded Files: Mod files (.jar) and skin data you upload are stored in isolated, sandboxed environments.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you and manage your account
  • To connect AI agents to Minecraft servers on your behalf
  • To track and manage your MAI Coin balance
  • To provide live POV streaming and voice chat features (Plus/Premium)
  • To improve our services and prevent abuse

3. Data Security

All sensitive data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM. API keys are never exposed to client-side code. Uploaded mods run in sandboxed worker processes with no access to environment variables, API keys, or other users' data.

4. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@enzonic.com. We will respond within 30 days.

California residents (CCPA) may opt out of the sale of their personal information. We do not sell personal information.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

MAI is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us at admin@enzonic.com for deletion.

6. Kentucky Consumer Protection

Enzonic LLC is registered in Kentucky. We comply with the Kentucky Consumer Protection Act and all applicable state regulations.
