2. Filing a DMCA Notice
To file a copyright infringement notice, provide the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
3. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same information to admin@enzonic.com.
4. Repeat Infringers
We will terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright law.
